Yoga during pregnancy is good in many ways. You could have added one or two easy breathing techniques and yoga poses for the benefit of readers who may want to try.

I wish I had learned the yoga exercises when i was pregnant! It would have made the experience easier. I did it all the hard way..lol Thanks for writing this article, now I can share this type of information with my daughters when they become pregnant. Thanks again!
